Changes-to-Approved Submittals

Changes-to Approved Submittals Overview

  • Changes to Approved (CTA) submissions will only be accepted after initial Plans Review submittals have been approved and permits have been issued.
  • CTA submissions can be made at any point during the week, but deadlines to be placed on an upcoming agenda are Fridays before noon. Please refer to our schedules and deadlines (link) for specific details. Building CTA agenda weeks are the same as Building Only Plans Review Submittal weeks. Site CTA agenda weeks are the same as Site and Building Plans Review weeks. On building weeks, only Building CTAs will be processed. On Site weeks, only Site CTAs will be processed.
  • Each week a maximum of three CTAs will be processed and allotted spaces filled in order of time of complete submittal. Incomplete submittals will not be processed.
  • CTAs received after a CTA agenda has been filled will be placed on the next available agenda for the type of submittal (Building or Site). No CTA will be bumped for more than two Building or Site CTA agendas.
  • Changes to Approved submittals are currently submitted electronically to planningsubmittals@accgov.com. In the near future, submittals will be made through our Customer Portal, at which point, this section will be updated to reflect.
  • After CTAs are approved, updated Plans Sets must be submitted to TPW, PUD, and Building if applicable within four days of approval. Permits will also need to be updated to reflect any changes made. Failure to do so will result in stop work orders. Please contact the appropriate department(s) for specific requirements.
