Concept Review

Overview

  • ACCGov offers a Concept Review for projects prior to submitting an application for formal Construction Plans Review. Concept reviews are offered to enable the applicant to receive comments from all applicable reviewing departments that will review the submittal in Plans Review. 
  • Concept level reviews shall be non-binding and serve only as advisory input based on the information provided by the applicant. 


Concept Review Process

  • To submit a Concept Review application please access ACCGov's Community Customer Portal.
  • Concept Review submittal and review deadlines follow ACC's Construction Plans Review's. Building Concept Reviews have a one-week review period and Site Concept Reviews have a two-week review period.
  • The cost of a Concept Review fee is $55 which is due at the time of submittal and paid through the portal.
