Overview
Driveway permits are required per Sect. 7-2. In order to obtain a driveway permit the applicant must:
- Submit a completed Permit Application.
- Submit a site plan meeting the requirements of Sect. 7-2-6.
- Application and site plan are submitted to tpwsubmissions@acgov.com
- Payment is due at the time of submittal. Please call 706-613-3440 to make payment
- Driveway reviews are 1-week, after which the applicant will be notified if the application is approved or a revision required.
- For projects that required GDOT permitting, notification must also be sent to Transportation and Public Works, via email to tpwsubmissions@accgov.com for review and determination.
