  • The Planning Department administers ACC’s Construction Plans Review process required for site and building permits, revisions and Changes-to-Approved submittals.
  • Payment for initial building and site Plans Review submittal as well as revisions can be made through your online ACC Community Portal account.
  • Initial building and site Changes-to-Approved submittals can be paid to the Building Inspections Department over the phone or in person at 706-613-3520 or 120 W Dougherty Street.
  • Preliminary Plat initial submittal and revision fees can be paid to the Planning Department over the phone or in person at 706-613-3515 or 120 W Dougherty Street.
  • The Planning Department's areas of review for Construction Plans Review include but are not limited to: Zoning, environmental areas, tree design standards, subdivision regulations, parking, street numbering and addressing ordinance, lighting, and historic preservation.
