Overview

• For the Certificate of Occupancy (C.O.) or the Certificate of Completion (C.O.C.) to be issued, a passing test report for each assembly shall be submitted to the Cross Connection Division prior to requesting Final Inspection.
• The Cross Connection coordinator will not be able to off on the final inspection without a passing test report. 
• Reports can be submitted to backflowsandFOG@acc.com. If an installation was not required, Final Cross Connection installation will require an on-site inspection.
• Final inspections are scheduled through Building Inspections.
