Notify the Cross Connection Coordinator by phone or e-mail (backflowsandFOG@accgov.com / (706) 613-3479) at least 48 hours prior to installation of backflow devices.
Inspections will ensure the proper installation and location of the required assemblies.
Installations can be viewed in the Cross Connection Manual.
The installation inspection will consist of the proper sized box or above ground enclosure, gravel and the proper backflow assembly.
