Overview

• If a project required fire sprinklers and alarm, plans must be submitted directly to the Fire Marshal’s office after Plans Review and during the construction/permitting phase. 
• Plans must be in PDF format, and no paper copies will be accepted. Plans can be emailed to fire.marshal@accgov.com or a USB mailed to 700 College Ave. Athens, GA 30601.
• Submittals must include appropriate checklist(s) associate with the submission (see below link) and to avoid delayed reviews and revisions, please ensure that all required information on the checklists has been met in your plans and submittal.
• Incomplete submittals will not be reviewed or processed.
• Fees are paid through cash or check only in person at 700 College Ave. Athens, GA 30601:
  1. Sprinkler Plan Review Fee $150
  2. Fire Alarm Plan Review Fee $150
