Once plans have been approved by all reviewing departments, prior to final approval, applicants will be notified of any additional steps required. Final approved plan sets will be stamped by the Planning Department and issued to applicants through portal.
In order to streamline the stamping process for approved plan sets applicants are asked to include a blank 5.5”x3” square stamping box in the same location on every page of plan set submitted.
Once approved plans have been released, applicants can then begin the permitting process.
