• Please contact the Clarke County Health Department for specifics regarding completion of their requirements. If the project falls under the jurisdiction of the Health Department and permits were required, the Health Department will work with ACC staff to determine is the Health department can sign off on their section of the CO closeout. The Certificate of Occupancy is issued by ACC Building Inspections.
