Overview

• All Health Department required inspections are schedule directly through the Health Department, not ACC. 
• Annual Inspections are required for all community/commercial pools. Each year, following a passing inspection, new operating permit are issued. As most all pools open in the same time period each year, inspection lead time is often 10 days or greater. Please ensure that you have requested your required inspection well in advance of anticipated opening day. 
• Inspections for Food Service establishments are usually completed within 5 business days, but in times of heavy request, may be up to 10 days.
