Engineering Only reviews are a provided for projects that are limited in scope such as ROW improvements, infrastructure improvements, and certain projects that may only need to meet certain applicable code standards provided by Transportation and Public Works, Public Utilities, and Planning Department’s TMP requirements.
Any project involving construction or buildings or structures would not qualify for Engineering Only reviews. Engineering only reviews follow the same review and submission schedules and submittal requirements of site plan review conducted through the Planning Department.
