Water Quality Concerns

Despite our best efforts, there are rare occasions when the water entering your home does not meet the utility's or your expectations. If the water entering your home does not meet your expectations, we offer possible answers and DIY solutions to many water issues.
If you still experience water quality concerns, please alert the utility to the problem and allow us to correct the issue by reporting a Water Quality Concern.

Suspended Service

If your water has been suspended due to non-payment, please call the Water Business Office at 706-613-3500.
