Water Business Office Temporarily Operating with Reduced Hours
Your safety and health are important to us. To minimize the risk and spread of COVID-19 to our customers and staff, the Water Business Office is open with reduced hours to allow time for sanitizing the lobby. Please visit us M-F, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
You may pay your water bill using the following methods: mail, online with a credit card (NO FEE!), an e-check, bill pay through your bank, or visit one of our two drop boxes at 124 E. Hancock Ave.

Create a New User Account.
Complete the information to start a New User.
Look for an email to verify your email.
Login and then click on Add Account. Please have your account number available to add account. Your account number is found on your bill or in WaterSmart.
Customers must have received one bill before being eligible to create an account to pay online.
By Bank Draft
To pay your bill by bank draft, please print the Bank Draft Application. Bring the completed form and a voided check to 124 E. Hancock Ave. Payments will be automatically deducted from your checking account by the due date on your bill. To pay your bill by mail, please use the payment stub and mailing envelope provided in your bill. Checks and money orders can be made out to ACC WBO and mailed to:

Office hours are currently 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Mon-Fri. Drop-off boxes are located at the front and back of the building and are available for after-hours payments.
