Applications for the 2025-2026 Mayor's Youth Council have now closed.
You will hear directly from program advisors if you applied and are selected for an interview. Interviews will be held in late August, with the first council meeting to be held in September. Please email cecile.riker@accgov.com or trevor.ross@accgov.com with any questions.
About
The Mayor's Youth Council is designed to encourage effective youth engagement in Athens-Clarke County and provide an opportunity for youth to learn more about the workings of ACCGov while interacting directly with staff. The group of 10th-12th graders meets monthly during the school year.
