Project Summary: This project rehabilitates the existing sewer line that extends from Gatewood Place and runs up Turkey Creek for approximately 2,000 linear feet (LF), where it terminates. The line serves houses on Gatewood Cir., Lakeland Dr., Lakeland Ct., Westgate Dr., Oakwood Ter., Lake Vista Way, and parcels on Jefferson Rd. The topography and terrain make this a problematic sewer line to replace, and would require several stream crossings. Rehabilitating the existing line avoids many of the challenges that come with a replacement.
