Secure, effective, and well-maintained water infrastructure systems are vital to households, industry, government, and commercial businesses.  ACC Public Utilities Department plans, designs, and constructs water and sewer infrastructure to be dependable, safe, operationally efficient, and easily maintained.  Capital improvement projects are prioritized and scheduled according to a 20-year Service Delivery Plan, updated every five years and approved by the Mayor & Commissioners.

Our scheduled infrastructure improvements and expansion projects may be altered as conditions, funding, priorities, and regulations change.  The PUD may reassess capital improvement goals and how to accomplish long and short-term plans in response, updating the current status of planned projects.
