The GA Department of Community Affairs contracts with Georgia Legal Services to provide the Landlord Tenant Hotline and Handbook. The hotline allows callers to leave their name and question. The handbook answers questions and describes rights and responsibilities of both tenants and landlords. Copies of the handbook may be requested by writing to the Georgia Landlord-Tenant Handbook, P.O. Box 1127, Atlanta, Georgia 30301-1127.
