MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

The mission of Keep Athens-Clarke County Beautiful Board is to educate and empower citizens and businesses with the resources to take action as environmental stewards of litter prevention, waste reduction, and beautification.

Recommendations for membership shall be submitted to the mayor and commission by a nominating committee selected from the members of the advisory board by the chairman of such advisory board.
