ACCGov Leisure Services and Clarke County School District Shared Use Agreement
Everything is better when you share! For years, Leisure Services and Clarke County School District have had a "Shared Use Agreement" which allows the agencies to share, usually completely free of charge, facilities to include athletic fields, picnic shelters, and more.
The ACC/CCSD Facility Request Form must be fully completed including signatures of the teacher making the request and the school's principal. Instructions on submitting the request are on the bottom of the form's second page. Once the form is received by staff, it will be processed, and the teacher will be contacted regarding the request.
