The ARPA Case Studies showcase the impact of ARPA-funded programs in enhancing housing stability, youth development, and overall community well-being in Athens-Clarke County. Using program and participant data, these studies highlight the vital role of eviction prevention initiatives, hotel voucher programs, and homeless encampment support in assisting those in need. Additionally, home rehabilitation projects have helped families maintain safe, affordable housing. Youth-focused initiatives, such as the Boys & Girls Club’s Delinquency Prevention Initiative and the Summer 2022 & 2023 programs, have provided meaningful opportunities for local youth. Thanks to ARPA funding, these programs have made a tangible difference in people's lives, contributing to a stronger, more supportive community.
