Connector, Project Concept was approved by the M&C on July 5, 2016.  The Preliminary Plans were approved by M&C on January 3, 2017.

Project schedule for Sub-Project #6 is being delayed due to land acquisition waiting on T&PW and PUD to complete other work on adjacent property before continuing land acquisition task.
