Athens-Clarke County Law Library retains a collection of form books, but there are self-help websites from which one may print out forms. Be aware that such forms, if used, must be typed according to the instructions, the proper information inserted, and the form signed and dated. Please file all forms with the court having jurisdiction of the case and pay all filing and processing fees required. Our forms and form books include the following:
