Overview

• In the pre-submittal phase of a project, the Planning department engages with the applicant regarding zoning and use standards. Staff can help applicants determine if their proposed project/use can be permitted by-right or if further zoning actions would be required prior to submitting for Construction Plans Review.
• Some projects may benefit from an optional non-binding Visioning Meeting scheduled through the Economic Development Department. These meetings can be beneficial for larger and/or complex projects or for those unfamiliar with ACC’s Plans Review Process.
