Leisure Services Parks are governed by the ordinances of Athens-Clarke County. General park rules are listed below. Facility-specific rules are posted at facilities and on the associated webpages. Park patrons are responsible for knowing and following all ordinances and park rules and regulations. Anyone violating these rules may be removed.

	Patrons remaining after posted park closing time will be ticketed		Automobiles must remain on pavement Park in designated spaces only
	Pick up after yourself		No smoking
	No alcohol, except by permit		No amplified sound, except by permit
	Pick up after pet		Pets must be on leash
	Bicycles must remain on pavement No bicycles on grass		Stay on trails
	Do not feed wildlife		No plant removal
	Fires prohibited, except in provided grills, fireplaces, and fire pits.		Swimming prohibited
	Fish in designated areas only GA Fishing Regulations apply		No tents, except by permit

Permits are required for special events, commercial activities, tents, and organized sports.
Patrons may be asked to leave to accommodate programming, special events, or maintenance activities.
All outdoor facilities are closed when thunder can be heard or lightning can be seen.

Use park facilities and property at your own risk.
Park entry is subject to all applicable ordinances, rules, and regulations.
