Located in the Sandy Creek Park Visitor's Center and the only rentable indoor space at the park.

The conference room is for meetings, seminars, and training events only.

Cleaning Deposit: $50 (one-time, refundable) Full rental fee, plus deposit, is due in order to reserve shelter.

3. Rental includes exclusive use of the designated room(s) only and shall not impede public access to the remainder of the facility.
4. Maximum capacity set by ACC Fire Marshall. Exceeding capacity may result in expulsion and forfeiture of all fees.
5. Outdoor equipment (e.g. grills, tents, inflatables, etc.) is not permitted for events renting the conference room --all activities must be confined to the rented space(s).
