Leisure Services has the perfect venue for your next party – or corporate event, family reunion, fundraiser, reception, wedding, or any other special occasion! The Leisure Services Department offers a wide variety of rental spaces for many types of events including art galleries, gyms, multi-purpose rooms, picnic pavilions, theaters, and more.

Whether you are planning a small meeting, lavish gala, or one of life’s many celebrations, attendees will appreciate the convenient indoor and outdoor locations and inviting environment.

Special events are public events that are held in our parks and facilities. Examples include 5ks, music festivals, tournaments, makers' markets, ticketed events, events larger than 50 people, and other large gatherings open to the public. 

To host a special event, please complete the special event application. Applications are reviewed within 2 weeks.

Impact Fees:
An impact fee will be incurred for events that extend beyond a normal rental and creates above normal impact for a park. This fee is based on additional staffing needs, event attendance, parking, duration of the event, and other factors.
