Rentals & Special Events

Where are the best parties – or corporate events, family reunions, fundraisers, receptions, weddings, or other special occasions where the right location is crucial? The Leisure Services Department offers a wide variety of venues for many types of events, including art galleries, gyms, multi-purpose rooms, picnic pavilions, a professional theater, and more.

Whether you are planning a small meeting, lavish gala, or one of life’s many celebrations, attendees will appreciate the convenient indoor and outdoor locations and inviting environment.

Special events are public events that are held in our parks and facilities. Examples include 5ks, music festivals, tournaments, makers' markets, ticketed events, events larger than 50 people, and other large gatherings open to the public. 

To host a special event, please complete the special event application. Applications are reviewed within 2 weeks. 

Policies and other Documentation:

Impact Fees:
An impact feel will be incurred for events that extend beyond a normal rental and creates above normal impact for a park. This fee is based on additional staffing needs, event attendance, parking, duration of the event, and other factors.
