Executive Summary

Bridge spanning the North Oconee River and trail sections, some elevated, through the existing water treatment facility.  Bridge and trail sections would connect existing Greenway near Sandy Creek Nature Center to Barber Street bike/ped project, currently in design, via Alexander Street.
