About Satterfield Park

Named in honor of Dr. Wayne Satterfield, a founding member of the Little League program in Athens. , Satterfield offers a variety of organized sports and fields for practice, match play, and tournaments. This 13-acre park features:

  • 2 Youth Baseball Fields
  • 2 Junior Baseball Fields
  • 1 Youth Softball Field
  • Batting Cages
  • Concession Stand
  • Multi-use Field
  • 3 Tennis / Pickleball Courts with lighting
  • Playground
  • Picnic Area
