   We are collecting information for the Green Life Awards Ceremony.

   We need the names of your winners for the program. Your ceremony script (organization introduction and awardee information). And your attendance estimate. Please respond no later than March 31st in order to allow us time to plan our food order and print programs and invitations.

9. Organization Introduction

   Each organization will have two to three minutes to introduce their program and introduce the staff presenting awards. 

11. Organization Logo and Winner Photos

    If you would like to include your organization's logo and a photo of each winner, we will include these in the Green Life Gallery on the website and share on social media.
