   The Pop up Park is a mobile recreation unit that takes the Athens-Clarke County Leisure Services Department out into the community! 

   The vehicle will transport fun and free of charge activities to the public, setting up at community events, local festivals, and school programs. 

   Pop up Park appearances are limited to a two-hour maximum. At this time, the Pop up Park is not available for private events (birthday parties, corporate events, etc.) and it travels within Athens-Clarke County, only. Based on staff availability, Leisure Services will make every effort to accommodate as many requests as possible.

10. Please Read:

    1. I understand that the Athens Pop up Park vehicle and activities require at least 10 contiguous parking spaces or space that is at least 90 feet long by 30 feet wide
    2. I understand that the Athens Pop up Park is only available for community/school events and not available for private events (birthday parties, corporate events)
    3. I understand that this form must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event for consideration.
    4. I understand that Athens Pop up Park staff, based on weather conditions, may make the decision to cancel the appearance. The event contact person on the request form will be contacted.
