On December 4, 2018, M&C authorized staff to accept the street rights of way in the Laurel Springs Subdivision for public maintenance.

The street right of way has been acquired, design is in process and repaving of Laurel Springs Subdivision is scheduled as part of the CY2019 Paving plan.
