Weekly deadlines at 12:00 noon each Tuesday at the Planning Department. Applicants are scheduled for a Plans Review Conference on the Thursday nine days after the initial submittal deadline.
Bi-weekly deadlines at 12:00 noon every other Tuesday at the Planning Department. Applicants are scheduled for a Plans Review Conference on the Thursday 16 days after the initial submittal deadline.
Applications & Forms
Estimated Plan Submittal and Review fees will be taken at the time of submittal and a single payment made to the Building Inspection Department. This includes the base Plans Review Submittal Fee of $250, Public Utilities review fees, Transportation and Public Works review fees, Fire Marshal review fees, and Building Inspection review fees.
