Campaign Disclosure Forms

Rules for Candidates & Elected Officials

Elected officials and any candidate seeking elected office in Georgia, or the chairperson or treasurer of their campaign committee, must file campaign contribution disclosure reports. Reports for Athens-Clarke County elected officials and candidates are now available online starting with December 2009 reports.

Public Disclosure

The Ethics in Government Act requires public disclosure of campaign financing and significant private interests of public officers and candidates for public office. Reports are to be filed even if all contributions received are less than $101. Anyone who has filed a Declaration of Intention to Accept Campaign Contributions must file these reports, even if there has been no activity.
