DRIVEWAY & RIGHT OF WAY APPLICATION SUBMITTALS

All driveway and right of way applications and any supporting documents (site plans, drawings, etc...) are required to be submitted digitally to engineering@accgov.com. Applicable permitting fees must be paid prior to permit review. Once approved, permits will be issued via email.

Payment can be made by cash, check or credit/debit card.

ROAD, LANE, LANE RESTRICTION, OR SIDEWALK CLOSURE APPLICATION

*Applicant is responsible for obtaining a right-of-way encroachment permit from T&PW Engineering prior to submitting road/lane/sidewalk closure request.

*Applicant must submit application to Traffic Engineering by 12:00 noon on Thursday, the week prior to work beginning.

Payments by check (payable to Athens-Clarke County) OR correct amount in cash due upon receipt of permit.

RESIDENTIAL PARKING PASSES FOR 2023

We strongly encourage residents to submit applications with a copy of driver's license and proof of residency ahead of time to engineering@accgov.com 

RESIDENTIAL PARKING PERMIT APPLICATION 

The applicant can then pick up their passes at our downtown office, located at 120 W. Dougherty Street.
