    You may remember to check your clocks this November 1, but do you ever think of checking your toilet flapper? If it isn’t up to snuff, you could be wasting water! Flush Away Water Waste in November by checking and replacing bad toilet flappers. Two-inch and three-inch universal style flappers are available for FREE from Athens Hardware & Normal Hardware during November when you mention the Water Conservation Office. Don’t know which size? Turn off the water to toilet, remove flapper, and bring it or, measure the size of the drain in the bottom of tank. The experts at these shops can help you determine which size you need.
