The Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County desires to solicit competitive proposals from responsible vendors to provide an RFP for Athens-Clarke County Corrections Offender Commissary services for the Athens-Clarke County Corrections Department, Athens, Georgia for a one-year period, with the option to extend the contract for four additional one-year term if agreed upon by all parties.
