Athens-Clarke County Unified Government Open Records Request
The Georgia Open Records Act (O.C.G.A. Section 50-18-70, et seq.) allows for the appointment of Open Records Officers to whom all written requests for records must be made.

The Unified Government has created this form to assist citizens in directing requests to the appropriate staff person. A list with contact information of Open Records Officers can also be found on our website.
