Public Art for the Athens Music Walk of Fame (SPLOST 2011 Project #21)

    Should include contact information for at least three (3) professional references and up to five (5) images of your previous work with annotated image descriptions. A link to an online portfolio is allowable. May include detail images.

  7. Proposed Design Images

    Up to five (5) images of your proposed design, annotated with image descriptions such as perspective, scale, etc. May include additional detail images, if needed. The media chosen to convey the proposed design(s) is up to your discretion, whether hand-drawn, computer generated, digital media, or photograph examples including previous work. However, all designs must be uploaded as a digital image to the application website. Note: Files can be uploaded separately or as one combined file.

  8. Budget

    The budget for the selected artwork/design of the Athens Music Walk of Fame sidewalk plaque is $5000. This budget includes: artwork/design and artist fees. Artist fee includes: the fee for the design itself and the purchase of the copyright of the artwork/design for future use. Future use includes: for fabrication of sidewalk plaque(s) for each program inductee and for any print and digital/online materials.

  9. All of the above must accompany your submission or it cannot be considered.
