Request:  The purpose of this request is to rezone 1.02 acres from RS-8 (Single-Family Residential) and C-G (Commercial-General)to RS-5(PD) (Single-Family Residential, Planned Development) in order to develop a higher density residential subdivision than allowed in RS-8 (Single-Family Residential) and to rezone a portion of the property zoned C-G (Commercial-General) to RS-5 (Single-Family Residential). TYPE II – Special Use Permit

Request:  The purpose of this request is to create a luxury RV facility, Bulldog Estates. The development proposes 169 lots. Each proposed lot will have a sewage, water, and electrical hookups while also providing an area for the RV to park, a personal patio for recreational use, and an area for two standard vehicles to park. Amenities proposed include: the Estate Lounge (a large pavilion with restrooms, showers, outdoor lounge, and overlook deck), the Dawg House (an additional restroom and shower facility with a small covered patio), Bulldog Bark Park (a pet sanctuary and dog run), the Play Pen (a playground for kids of all ages), and the Dawg Walk (a combination of walking/running nature trails and boardwalks throughout the property). The property will also have local sculptural items that will form the iconic image of Bulldog Estates (possible items may include a UGA Arch replica, a UGA Chapel Bell Tower replica, and/or UGA mascot sculptures).
