Request:  The applicant is requesting the addition of a window and a reconfiguration of the front door and transom.

2. 155 E. Clayton St – Replace Storefront System

Request:  The purpose of this certificate of appropriateness application is to request the replacement of the existing storefront system with black aluminum frame storefront system. Mullion spacing will remain the same, but the aluminum is thinner in profile. Glass specs will be the same as the existing storefront. The existing wooden entry doors will be kept and re-used in the new storefront. All existing signage to remain as-is, and there are no proposed changes to any elements of the façade other than the storefront window system itself.
