Request:  This project will consist of a two-story addition with a basement to the rear of the house and renovations to the main house. The square footage of the addition is 10,489 sq ft. The square footage of renovation area is 4,091 sq ft. The addition will consist of 3 levels-The basement will be a recreation area; the first floor will consist of a covered porch, kitchen, serving area, an office, and 4 bedrooms. The second story will consist of a porch and 8 additional bedrooms. The renovations in the main house will contain a foyer, a library, a study, chapter/dining room, restrooms. The second floor will consist of two offices, a laundry, a study/computer room, and 6 bedrooms.
