Request:  Application for a Planned Development is requested for 155 Mitchell Street for a multi-family complex including 7 stories of residential atop 3 levels of parking deck. Amenities for the project include a pool, garden terrace and exercise facilities. The parcel is currently zoned RM-2. The request is to rezone the properties to C-D(RIV)(PD) (Commercial Downtown, River Downtown Design Area, Planned Development) and to change the future development designation from Residential Mixed Use to Downtown. This property received a variance at the February Hearings Board meeting to be allowed to build into the environmental buffers on the rear of the property.
