FRONT YARD FENCE HEIGHT & FENCE LANDSCAPING


Request:  An application has been filed requesting a variance from the height allowance for fences in the front yard as well as the requirement to install landscaping on both sides of a fence in a front yard on commercially zoned property. The request is to increase the height of the fence along the adjoining property line from four to eight feet and not install landscaping on both sides for Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity.
