1. 237 SPRINGDALE STREET – ADDITION TO EXISTING STRUCTURE AND NEW DETACHED GARAGE


Request:  Modify the design of the primary structure, including additions, using attic space for livable space and a new garage. The additions are a rear master bedroom, side bathroom, stairs, screen porches and an increase in roof height for livable, second story space. The 2 car garage is proposed to have a gable roof matching the residence and a breezeway connection to the primary structure. Details on the home include metal roofs on the dormers, wood doors, double hung 3 over 1 windows and a new driveway.

Request:  Modify the design of a pump house at the Whitehall Mill Lofts for use as a studio. Details of the renovation include a low slope roof, metal door with side panel, sheet metal awning over the door and one wood, single pane window.

3. 468 NORTH MILLEDGE AVENUE – FAÇADE CHANGES FOR COMMERCIAL ENTRIES


Request:  Modify the front and side façade to allow for new entryways. The request is to combine existing window openings into expanded commercial entryways with awnings. The front walkway is proposed to be amended to allow entry into the newly formed tenant spaces.
