Notice to Neighborhood Notification Subscribers of a Variance Request

You are being notified as a subscriber to the Neighborhood Notification Initiative that the Hearings Board will hold a public hearing and consider the following requests on Wednesday, November 12th at 3:00 PM in the Auditorium at 120 West Dougherty Street:

150 Cloverhurst Terrace:

A. Variance to reduce the side yard setback from 6’ – 5’3” (Section 9-7-3).

B. Variance to reduce the rear yard setback from 10’ – 4’11” (Section 9-7-3)
