Notice to Neighborhood Notification Subscribers of a Variance Request
You are being notified as a subscriber to the Neighborhood Notification Initiative that the Hearings Board will hold a public hearing and consider the following requests on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at 3:00 PM in the Auditorium at 120 West Dougherty Street:
788 Fitzroy Drive – Variance to 9-30-F-8 to allow for an increased allotment above 25% of the front yard area for parking.
210 Milledge Circle – Variance to reduce the rear yard setback from 20’ to 10’ (Section 9-7-3).
