Request:  Approval of a Planned Development is requested for the property at 2285 Barnett Shoals Road & a portion of 2295 Barnett Shoals Rd. The parcels are zoned C-N (Commercial Neighborhood) and RS-25 (Residential Single Family) respectively. The applicant is seeking a rezone for the properties to C-N (PD) (Commercial Neighborhood, Planned Development) and to change the future development designation on 2295 Barnett Shoals Rd. from Traditional Neighborhood to Community Center Mixed Use. The development plan is for a Kroger Fuel Center with 8 dispensers allowing 16 fueling stations. It is also proposed to have an 850 square foot convenience kiosk and 5 parking spaces.
