Request:  Approval of a rezone is requested for two properties at 900 & 925 US Hwy 29 North. The parcels are currently zoned C-R (Commercial-Rural). The request is to rezone the two tracts to C-G (Commercial-General), the total area is 76.8 acres that lie on the eastern and western sides of Hwy 29.

2.  175 & 250 CARRIAGE LANE  


Request:  A Special Use is requested on two properties at 175 & 250 Carriage Lane for a new Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity House. The proposed structure is two floors above grade on the front elevation with a basement gathering space that opens to the backyard. There will be room for 21 beds broken up into rooms and suites as well as 58 parking spaces. The applicant is submitting a waiver to lower the required number of parking spaces due to the number of fraternity members.
