REZONE


Request:  Approval of a rezone is requested at 1200 Forest Heights Drive. The parcel is currently zoned RS-25 (Single Family Residential). The request is to rezone the property to C-N (Commercial-Neighborhood) for a medical office and physical therapy clinic. The proposal is to use the existing structures and parking on the property.
